PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

We like to keep things simple, so here are our terms and conditions:

Order processing

We usually ship our orders 1-2 working days after we've received the order. If you need your order ASAP or before a specific date, please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Service area

We only ship to countries within the European Union, because in the EU there is free movement of goods, which prevents us from the hassle that comes with export duties and taxes.

Currently not included are Cyprus and Luxembourg, because DHL only appears to support very expensive (>45eu) shipping here. Aks for a quote if you would still like to order here.

Item Conditions:

We do everything to keep all our sets MISB. However, some minor shelf ware can occur. If boxes are damaged beyond minor shelf ware, we'll make sure to include this in the lot comments. Want to make sure your item is MISB? Send us a message and we'll check before shipping to prevent any disappointments.

We send all our orders securely packaged, to prevent any damage during transport. If an order arrives damaged however, we'll do our very best to claim any devaluation through our transport insurance (which is included by default). Please inform us as soon as you receive your package (at least within 5 days) and provide us with detailed photos from all angles of the unopened package.
